Most people buying office furniture never see where it is made. They see a catalogue, a sample and a delivery truck. We think the unit is the best sales tool we have, because it answers the questions a brochure cannot: what board is really being used, how the edges are finished, how carefully pieces are drilled and matched.

How is modular furniture made, step by step?
- Measurement and drawingsThe site is measured and each piece is drawn with exact sizes. A cutting list is prepared from the approved drawings.
- Material selectionBoard, laminate, edge band and hardware are picked as per the quotation you approved.
- CuttingBoards are cut to size on panel-cutting machines for straight, square, chip-free edges.
- Edge bandingEvery exposed edge is sealed with edge band applied by machine, with heat and pressure, so moisture cannot enter.
- Drilling and groovingHoles for fittings, hinges and shelf supports are drilled to a pattern so parts align on site.
- Trial assembly and checkingUnits are assembled or test-fitted, checked for size, finish and hardware, then packed for transport.
- DeliveryPanels and units are wrapped, loaded and moved to site in the order they will be installed.
- Installation and handoverOur own team assembles, levels and aligns the furniture, routes the cables and clears the site.
What do we check before furniture leaves the unit?
- Dimensions: each panel against the cutting list, since a few millimetres off shows up as a gap on site.
- Edges: edge band fully bonded, flush and trimmed, with no open corners.
- Surface: laminate free of scratches, chips and bubbles, with grain running the right way.
- Colour match: all panels for one job from matching laminate so shades do not vary.
- Hardware: drawer channels, hinges and locks fitted and working smoothly.
- Drilling: hole positions verified so units assemble square.
- Packing: corners and faces protected for transport.

The furniture is manufactured at our own unit in Dhanori. Items such as glass, stone tops and chairs are sourced from specialist suppliers and fitted by us.
