What should you check at possession, before ordering the kitchen?

- Start with the essentials: base units with drawers, a few wall units and the sink unit. Tall units and fancy pull-outs can be added later.
- Put the money in hardware: soft-close channels and hinges decide how the kitchen feels in year five.
- Use water-resistant board where it counts: under the sink and along the platform. Dry wall units can use standard board.
- Choose matt laminate: it costs the least of the popular finishes and wears the best.
- Keep the builder granite: replacing a sound platform rarely gives value for money.
- Plan wardrobes together: ordering the kitchen and wardrobes at once saves on transport and installation visits.

Which layout fits 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats?
