What does Encore Interiors do?
Encore Interiors is a modular furniture manufacturer in Dhanori, Pune. We make office furniture such as workstations, executive tables, conference tables, reception desks, storage and partitions, as well as commercial furniture, modular kitchens and wardrobes.
Where is Encore Interiors located?
Our unit is at Survey No. 19, 3/1, near Shard Lawns, Madhav Nagar, Dhanori, Pune, Maharashtra 411015. You are welcome to visit and see materials and work in progress.
Are you a manufacturer or a dealer?
We are a manufacturer. The furniture is made at our own unit in Dhanori, which is why sizes, finishes and designs can be customised. Read more about buying direct from a manufacturer.

We deliver and install across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, including Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Wagholi, Hadapsar, Koregaon Park, Aundh, Baner, Hinjewadi, Wakad, Bhosari and Chakan.
Ordering and process
How do I get a quotation?

Is the site visit free?
Yes. The first site visit and measurement in Pune is free.
What do you need from me to prepare a quotation?
Your office location, the number of seats, cabins and meeting rooms, and a floor plan if you have one. If you do not, we measure the space ourselves.
Will I see a layout before production starts?
Yes. You receive a furniture layout and an itemised quotation. Nothing goes into production until you approve both.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the quantity, design and finishes. We give a delivery schedule in writing with the quotation, after seeing the site and agreeing the layout.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We make a single table or counter as well as furniture for a full floor.
Products and sizes
Can you make furniture in custom sizes?

What is the standard size of an office workstation?
The most common workstation is 1200 mm wide and 600 mm deep, at a height of 750 mm. Compact seats can be 900 to 1050 mm and larger ones 1350 to 1500 mm. More on our workstations page.
What size conference table do I need?
Allow 600 to 750 mm of table edge per person. A six seater is about 1800 x 1050 mm and an eight seater about 2400 x 1200 mm. See conference tables.
Do you make furniture other than office furniture?
Yes. We make furniture for clinics and hospitals, schools and colleges, shops and showrooms, and modular kitchens and wardrobes for homes.
Can I add more workstations later in the same design?
Yes. Because we manufacture the furniture, additional seats can be made later in the same size, laminate and design.
Materials and quality
Which materials do you use?
Pre-laminated particle board, MDF or plywood depending on use, finished in laminate or veneer, with machine-applied edge banding and metal understructures where spans are long.
Which is better for office furniture, plywood or particle board?
Good pre-laminated board is economical and works well for most office furniture in dry areas. Plywood costs more and is stronger and more moisture resistant, so it suits pantry units and heavy-use storage.
Is modular furniture better than carpenter-made furniture?
Modular furniture is made with machine precision at a unit, installed quickly with little mess, and can be dismantled and moved. Compare both in our guide to modular vs carpenter-made office furniture.
How do I maintain laminate furniture?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner. Avoid standing water, especially at edges and joints, and do not use abrasive pads.
Delivery, installation and service
Do you deliver and install the furniture?
Yes. Our own team delivers, assembles and aligns the furniture on site and routes cables through the wire managers.
Can installation be done at night or on weekends?
Yes. Where a building restricts daytime work or your office is running, we install after office hours or on weekends.
Can furniture be installed in an office that is already working?
Yes. The furniture is made at our unit and only fitted on site, so the work is quick and fairly clean. See office renovation without shutting down.
Can modular furniture be shifted to a new office?

What if something needs repair after installation?
Call us. Our team is based in Dhanori and attends to service needs such as a loose hinge, a drawer channel or a lock.
