What materials and finishes can you choose?
Material choice decides how the furniture looks in year one and how it holds up in year five. We explain the options plainly and let you decide.
- Board: pre-laminated particle board, MDF or plywood, chosen by use. Worktops and storage carcasses do not need the same board.
- Surface: laminates in wood grains, solid colours and matt textures. Lighter tones make small offices feel larger.
- Edges: machine-applied edge banding, which protects the board from moisture and chipping.
- Hardware: drawer channels, hinges, locks and wire managers that take daily office use.
- Frames and legs: metal understructures for workstations and tables where spans are long.
Pune has a long monsoon, so we pay attention to edges and to units that stand against outer walls.

What decides the cost of office furniture in Pune?
We do not publish a rate card, because two offices with the same seat count can need very different furniture. The quotation depends on these six things.

Yes. Encore Interiors makes office furniture at its own unit in Madhav Nagar, Dhanori, Pune. You can visit the unit, see the materials and check work in progress before you place an order.
Can you make office furniture in custom sizes?
Yes. Every order is made to the measurements of your office. Desk width, depth, storage and screen height can all be changed to fit the room and the way your team works.
Do you deliver and install across Pune?
Yes. We deliver and install in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, including Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Baner, Hinjewadi and Wakad. Our own team handles assembly on site.
How long does an office furniture order take?
It depends on the number of seats, the design and the finishes you choose. We give a delivery schedule in writing with the quotation, after we have seen the site and agreed the layout.
Is the site visit chargeable?

Can you furnish a small office of ten to fifteen seats?
Yes. We take up small offices as well as large floors. For small spaces we usually suggest compact linear desks, shared storage and one meeting table that doubles as a discussion area.
Can I add more workstations later in the same design?
Yes. Because we manufacture the furniture, we can make additional seats later in the same size, laminate and design, so new desks match the old ones.
What do you need from me to prepare a quotation?
Your office location, the number of seats, cabins and meeting rooms you need, and a floor plan if you have one. If not, we measure the space during the site visit.
