At Encore Cabinets & Components | Modular Furniture & Interiors, we focus on delivering high-quality modular and commercial furniture designed specifically to meet your requirements. Since every product is custom-made, our refund and return guidelines ensure transparency and fairness for both you and our team.

1. No Return on Custom-Made Furniture
All our modular and commercial furniture products are custom-built based on the measurements, materials, designs, and approvals provided by the customer.
Therefore, returns are not accepted once manufacturing has started or the product has been delivered.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be applicable only under the following conditions:
2.1 Refund Before Manufacturing Starts

If a customer cancels the order before production begins, a partial refund may be processed after deducting design fees, site visit charges, and administrative costs.
2.2 Refund Not Applicable After Production

Once production or material procurement has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
3. Replacement / Repair Policy
We stand by the quality of our work and provide support in case of issues:
3.1 Manufacturing Defects
If any product delivered has:

Structural defects

Hardware issues

Improper fitting
We will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost.
3.2 Damage During Installation
If damage occurs during installation by our team, we will fix or replace the affected part free of charge.
3.3 Customer-Caused Damage
Damage due to:

Improper handling

Water leakage
-
Electrical or civil issues not related to our work

Unauthorized modifications
is not covered for free repair.
However, paid service support is available.
4. Material & Design Approval
Before manufacturing, we take written or digital approval for:

Layout

Material selection

Color & finishes
-
Hardware selection
Once approved, changes may incur additional charges depending on the stage of production.
5. Delivery & Installation Issues
If the customer is not present or the site is not ready on the scheduled delivery date:

Re-delivery or reinstallation charges may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete civil work, electrical work, or site preparation.
6. Warranty Terms
We provide warranty based on material type and hardware brand (Hettich, Hafele, Hepo, Blum, etc.).
Warranty does NOT cover:

Wear & tear
-
Misuse
-
Moisture or water damage
-
Termite issues if the site environment is not maintained
